Founded by Haitian-Americans, DMV Legacy has grown from a small local initiative into a comprehensive organization committed to social equity and community empowerment. Our mission is to break down barriers, foster belonging, and build a lasting legacy of opportunity, health, and empowerment for all. We are dedicated to serving seniors, immigrants, and underserved communities across the Delmarva region, providing vital services and fostering a sense of community and inclusion.
